The Impact of 106.9 the Light

Jodi of Birmingham, AL - Just wanted to say that I appreciate the work that you are doing through your radio station.  My family and I moved to Birmingham, Alabama a few months ago from a small town in Southeastern Kentucky where we continuously listened to your station.  Now that we have moved and can no longer listen to the broadcast in our cars, we have come to appreciate your online listening option and can continue to be blessed through your ministry.  Thank you for the numerous outlets that you are using to spread the gospel and Christ's love to the whole world.  Although there are numerous Christian radio stations here in Birmingham, they in no way compare to your wonderful radio station!  Thanks again for allowing myself and others to be blessed by such wonderful music and the teaching of the gospel.

Neva of Lincolnton, NC – On the way back to work after a stress management class, a co-worker said, “Here’s the best stress management you can have . . .” and he turned up the radio to 106.9 the Light.  I had to smile as I told him that I was a new member to you and that I had promised God that I would give $30 per month.  I just wanted to let you know that you not only touch my life, but others as well.  Thank you for bringing the word of God to so many people.  We now have hope, we are uplifted, and our life is better because of your work.

Dan of Romania - I listen to your Radio station online about 4 pm in my country.  (It would be the teaching time already in NC.)  My accountant who is not a Christian sometimes would stop me and ask me what would the man on the radio say so I take the time and translate the sermon for her. She doesn't speak or understand too much English, but she is excited to see the happiness in your voices and she really enjoys the good music.  I just wanted to take the time and thank you both for a wonderful ministry that you are doing, as well as the other folks working with The Light Radio station.
